The Role
The Group Account Director is head of the client account management team and is responsible for managing the overall client relationship. Serving as the client liaison and internal client within the agency, the Group Account Director is organized, passionate about innovation and enjoys leading and inspiring the client and team around them. He/she has a broad understanding of the digital and client industry and is expected to provide Thought Leadership.

Responsibilities
• Build and maintain deep and rewarding client relationships
• Understand clients key business issues and have the ability to provide solutions
• Ensure all activity is delivered professionally (on time and budget)
• Ensure compliance with agency account and project tracking procedures
• Deliver an experience that adheres to agency values of Innovation, Service, Quality and Thought

Candidate Requirements

The Ideal Candidate

• 10+ years account management experience within an integrated agency, IT or digital specialist
• Successful track record of building exceptional client relationships; necessary capability, presence and professionalism to inspire confidence and credibility with clients and colleagues
• Demonstration of agency values: Innovation, Service, Quality and Thought.
• Understanding and experience of strategy, information architecture, creative and technology, as well as broad understanding of the consumer experience
• Personal attributes including a positive, optimistic solutions-focused outlook; good presentation skills; attention to detail; resilience; commercial awareness; confidence
