Job Description
Reporting into the Director of Online & E-commerce, you will lead a team of User Experience specialists, Web Designers, Web Developers for a leading online retailer.

You will use design, analytics and overall development of the website to maximise both conversion and average basket size. 
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate is likely to have early career experience as a designer or developer or possibly a user experience specialist.  However, this is primarily a commercial role so candidates should have moved on from pure design and have recent experience of managing e-commerce websites.  You will have used web analytics, testing and design to optimise a user journey from landing page right through to purchase.  You should be able to identify and translate commercial requirements into design briefs and oversee the delivery of web developments.  Experience of managing a team is essential.
