    Hi Louise,

We have become big fans of ACT! Professional in the office, easy to use and intuitive it is a Sage product that integrates with our accountancy package so that the whole office can use it without too much development work.

In my experience your client will need to spend quite a bit of time specifying the kind of reporting they will need, in previous lives I have paid the price for not thinking enough about the management reports (too focussed in data entry and diary functions).

If you would like more information please drop me a line on pascal.fintoni@n-e-life.co.uk

    Hi Louise,

Hope you  are doing great. I am a CRM market researcher. I have gone through almost 70% of the the CRM product all around the world. I recommend you Renaissance CRM(RCRM), its a web-based application and can be used with the help of internet explorer. Its so user freindly and covers all the analytical, operational and collaborative crm functionality. More over it has a great workflow engine where you can automate your processes. If you would like to know more about the product you can visit the website:www.renaissance-it.com or can contact Mr.Ashish Gupta(Product Manager) at 9448158825 (india)/mail:ashish.g@renaissance-it.com.Hope this would help you in your task.

    Hi Louise

I would recommend Act, because it's intuitive and easy to use, and half the battle with implementing a CRM system is getting people to use it! As they say, a CRM system is only as good as the data that's in it... so deciding who will manage the database, and who will enter the data, is really important. I've used others and they were just too cumbersome to learn - so people didn't use them. I also second Pascal's thoughts about reporting - and also think carefully about the data you want to capture - keep it simple, otherwise it won't get entered. Good luck!
