Some good stuff on Search Engine Roundtable today including a discussion between Danny Sullivan and IAC's Barry Diller, who explains why Ask Jeeves has dropped Jeeves, among other things.

Diller offers some broader thoughts on the search engine industry at large and made time for the odd in-joke:

Danny: "[Which] brings up the mission statements of Google and Yahoo. Does Ask need a catchy mission statement?"

Barry Diller: "Be Evil."
