Hi all,
We're thinking about compiling a report focusing on the importance of retention.
Too often we hear that improving conversion rates is the biggest issue, when really businesses need to take a closer look at who's leaving through the back door.
At this stage I'm inviting E-consultancy users to help shape the report, so feel free to leave comments or send mail to chris@e-consultancy.com.
What does the report need to cover?
What tools and techniques should you use and when should you start using them?
How can a retention strategy underpin new acquisitions?
What can you add to this report? (eg thought-leadership / tips and tricks / case studies / benchmarking data / financial models etc)
Does anybody have data on customer churn by sector?
Feeback appreciated - thanks in advance.
c.
